I had yesterday off work and went to Kitchener on an errand. While there, I stopped at the Value Village and found this great piece of Strawberry Hill Pottery for $3.99.
Strawberry Hill pottery was made in Kaministiquia, ON (just outside Thunder Bay). When they closed, they smashed all those molds so they couldn't be replicated. Kinda sad since the pieces are so unbelievably cute.
My husband always keeps an eye out for Strawberry Hill stuff but it's a pretty rare find.
Similar pieces are on eBay for about $150.
