Content Sales

Yesterday morning we went to North York to check out a content sale advertised on Craigslist. The ad promised some great mid-century finds so we hauled our butts out of bed and were standing in the cold by 7:30 am.

We didn't walk away with the finds that we had hoped but I did get a hand-thrown piece of Canadian pottery, a nice ringware vase and a vintage Peek, Frean and Co tin. $11 total.

If you're one of the people standing in line for a content sale, please don't smoke in line. I'll gladly hold your spot but please go stand somewhere else. We had a pipe smoker in front of us and cigarette smoker behind us.
