Deal of the Day: Holmegaard

Jay collects vintage Holmegaard glass. Holmegaard is a Danish glass company that formed in 1825 and has been making glass ever since. They still make it and you can check them out at http://www.holmegaard.com/.

We only collect smoke-coloured Holmegaard and generally pieces that were signed by Per Lutken - the head designer in the 50's and 60's.

It's pretty easy to find at nice antique stores and online but it's rare to find junking. Yesterday we went to Kitchener and found these gorgeous candlesticks at the Value Village. Finding Holmegaard in the original box is especially rare.
